Story of Smart Computer Training Institute
Inspiring Journey of Bharat Chandra Saha
Smart Computer Training Institute was born from a dream, a struggle, and a strong desire to bring change.
This is the story of Bharat Chandra Saha, a boy from Debiganj, Chanchal, in Malda district, West Bengal. He belonged to a lower-middle-class family but had big dreams. He went to Raiganj city to study and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
Due to financial difficulties, Bharat couldn’t pursue his Master’s degree. But his passion for computers stayed strong. A kind and knowledgeable teacher, Partha Sengupta, saw his potential and decided to help. Day after day, Partha taught him the basics of computers and programming with patience and dedication.
With this guidance and his own hard work, Bharat grew in knowledge and confidence. He got his first job as a computer teacher at a training center. Within a year, he was appointed by Popular Software, where he continued learning and gaining experience. Later, he worked as a data entry operator at Raiganj Municipality, where he explored another side of the computer field.
Between 2016 and 2023, Bharat worked in different roles in the IT sector. He even worked in an IT hub in Kolkata, in a web designing company. After some time, he returned to Raiganj and joined another IT company as an SA Designer.
One day, Bharat realized that many students in rural areas lacked proper computer skills. He wanted to give them what he never had—affordable, practical, and quality computer education. That’s how Smart Computer Training Institute was started—with the goal of empowering students with the right skills to build their future.
Today, Smart Computer Training Institute is creating opportunities for many young learners in and around Chanchal, helping them dream bigger and achieve more.
